Hopping to buy ores or are you doing UIM method? Again it just depends on how long you’re logged in for compared to how long it takes you to log in after world hopping. The more times you hop an hour, the less time you’re logged in doing stuff. This guys hopping times are 4-5 ticks whereas mine are 20+. You shouldn’t be needing to hop doing BF anyways if you got the ores banked. I think doing gold at bf you can buy 4.8k+/hr and use 5.6k+/hr (300k exp). It’s too hard to say how much hopping reduces exp/hr but Ironscape will have metas for all skills.

Well if you’re doing a method that requires world hopping, the time lost because of it is usually counted for in the exp/hr as it’s part of the method; so you aren’t really losing time to begin with. Irons just have slower exp methods than mains sometimes because it’s part of the game mode. A way around it is to write down your starting exp on a piece of paper; then write down your exp again an hour later. Do that for five hours, then divide your total exp gained by five and thats your accurate exp/hr.

Or you can just not worry about it and you get to 99 when you get to 99
