aggros shred you, Keep one pillar High Hp but avoid letting 2 fall at the same time or u may get stacked out from nylo explosion + pillars,
If u get conga line setup and avoid aggros/ nylo explosions while running diagonally+blood barraging you should make it to the boss and the Boss is easy
Soteseg: easy if u know how to tickeat and screenshot mazes
Xarpus: Difficult Random splats screw you, Hard to learn the step under method, if u screwup the timing and get splats all around him its a wipe.

Once you have the roles you need, you can access channels specific to that boss, #lfr-toa-0-295 for example

There are a few options now, Better NPC Highlight works very well, you can add the NPC ID into the outline section, then add a : followed by a number which relates to the presets tab, so if preset 1 is blue, you'd do mageID:1 and it'll outline the mager and colour the outline blue, if preset is red, you'd do meleeID:2 and it'll outline and colour it blue

You can have a bunch of different presets, so the classic red, green, blue, then you can do like purple and yellow and white and stuff for other npcs like the jihad ones that try and blow you up

and you will take 0 damage once you're doing it correctly

otherwise you deal with them the same way ur mage skipper does

except you dodge olms autos instead of tanking the hit

So move every 2nd tick minimum (make sure your attack tick doesnt sync up with the dmg tick)
