There's a second video on my channel that is shift to pick up items under an OVL. That one just fixes the order of items selected so you can left click at scavs and left click and pick up the best pots (i.e. you no longer pick up a 2 dose sara brew over a 4 dose aid). The only thing people might want to tweak is that lockpick is picked up before Ciceli (I don't loot cic very often, if at all).
This is the one to take OVL last with shift click.
You could change the order around so that you don't take enhance first and the like, if you specifically want just brews followed by revs, followed by OVLs/enh.
