New platforms missing

I saw the post about new platforms and energy being locked in Defense Lab, but some of us are missing them altogether! They were there after purchase during skirmish and now completely gone! Drake or Yvette please advise! I had already started upgrading them

I looked at the announcements but it only spoke of them being locked, not missing altogether

and that's another thing... now my game announcement section is gone as well... this is getting frustrating

@hearty obsidian scroll up to channels & roles and make sure you have the game announcements channel box checked so it shows

I've logged out of the game for the last 30 minutes... just logged back in and nothing

Then follow Yvette , send a ticket to support

that's another issue, MK... I tried to click the support tab in the game and nothing happens... gotta be some serious issues going on with the game they aren't telling us about

If that is not popping up turn off blockers

I'm not a dufus... been playing this game since its inception... I know what the "Contact Support" tab is

I was able to contact support... created ticket for missing platforms and power plant

I'm just frustrated with this game and to be told about something that a person playing the game for just 6 months would know is kind of degrading. I explained I've been here since the game was built and he continued to treat me like a child... that wasn't helping
