I unlocked all parts for Kabuto but afterwards it shows i cant unlock him because my Tech Center needs to be lvl 21.
Can someone tell me if im still able to unlock him when my tech center is lvl 21 in 4 days?

yes, when your tech center gets to that level and the next event that offers the unit, you will be able to claim it.

Sadly, this won't be possible until you upgrade your Tech Center to the required level. But please keep these screenshots in case you don't find the unit in next month's Event Store.

They should remove the requirement to get the unit but prevent it from being upgraded or even built until the level, so people dont have to be forced to wait

I understand your situation because I had to level up every essential building to a decent level before I could purchase Series IV units from the Medals store. That was the only early warning I had when I returned to WC.
