I recently lost access to the 2FA codes for my account of the same name, I had run into a fatal error with my google authenticator app that caused a duplicate entry for the Meta verification codes to appear and would crash the app whenever the codes refreshed, I tried deleting one of these to resolve the issue with the app but this resulted in both entries being deleted, thus I can no longer access my account.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of procrastinating on contacting help with this issue until my last login session expired, despite making a few attempts to circumvent the issue on my own without success while I still had access as I could not find my backup codes to disable 2FA, presumably lost when I had to re-install my operating system due to SSD/CPU failure

Simply making a new account wouldn't be too much of an issue for me normally, however I manage a wiki for an NSFW game (Princess & Conquest) so losing this account would be an issue.

I was hoping I could verify my identity through my email, IP Address or (hopefully) verifiable information regarding the wiki I manage or any other alternative means.

If you have lost the recovery codes and don't have another very strong proof, you're out of luck

We do not consider email or IP to be a very strong proof

Would an approximate reciting of the message I was sent when my wiki was approved be something considered verifiable?

Would it then be possible to request wiki bureaucrat permissions to be transferred to either the user "Tarunio" or "Snakey001" who I had appointed as administrator and moderator respectively so I could sort out the situation with them instead?

Yeah, unfortunately there is nothing we can do on this one. You'll have to make a new account and follow those procedures to become a bureaucrat again, or have someone else become one.

On another note, if you do readd 2FA again, please add a committed identity and make sure to save your backup codes somewhere where you can find them again, so something like this won't happen again.

It's very unfortunately, but when we can't without a margin of doubt at all prove that it is you, we can't disable 2FA.
