ok so..i recently contacted Microsoft support and they did a repair on my computer but the issue still persisted, i am currently trying to reset my password but the issue is there is no passkey available, what i am trying to do is reset my password so i can establish a new passkey, and pls let me know what proof is needed.

do you have the option to see what websites you have passkeys for? once I had an issue logging into a wiki with a custom domain so it's possible this is similar

hm, i do got a plan i will make another account and give that account admin power of the wiki, if i can do that

Our passkey support is a bit confusing so you might find the codes easier to use if you setup 2FA again

And please save the recovery codes

You can manage permission from Special:UserRights once you've created a new account on your wiki
