It seems that my Miraheze account has been created on November 16, 2018 according to CentralAuth information: https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/KockaAdmiralac, but I don't think I created this account myself given that I don't have the password saved anywhere, the password reset email is not arriving at any of my email addresses, and all of the edits that my account appears to have made are imports from Fandom forks. What happened here and how can I reclaim my username on Miraheze?

If you are sure, that you didn't create the account on Miraheze, and it is not active, you can create a new temporary account, and notify the user that you want to usurp his name. If after a month no one has replied/objected, you can ask on [[SR/M]] that a steward initiates the usurpation.

That means that that account will be renamed to [User:KockaAdmiralac (usurped)] and your temporary account will then be renamed to [User:KockaAdmiralac].

It is not possible for us to take over that account by changing the password/email address. We have no access to that.

But the edits imported from Fandom are my edits, I don't want them attributed to "KockaAdmiralac (usurped)"

This happens with Fandom imports sometimes. You have to submit a bug report on Phorge about it

About what exactly, usurping an account then reattributing the edits, or reclaiming the account (somehow)

Reclaiming the account. They should be able to link the account to you as long as you submit evidence that the edits are yours
