Updating a wiki that's been inactive, have several questions

I created a wiki last year for a minecraft server friends and I played on, however I got busier irl and had to step away. Since then, the wiki has been fairly inactive and looking back I'd like to revamp a lot of it. Is there any way that I could create a "fresh slate" from a sandbox or something similar and then import it?

You can request your wiki to be completely reset on [[Phorge]], but you probably would have to manually back up everything you want to keep and re-import using Special:Export (or Special:DataDump to back up entire namespaces) before requesting the reset
