I tried to upload a image in a infobox with .svg at the end of the name but i get this error : File extension ".svg" does not match the detected MIME type of the file.

The image is not an svg. Go to the properties window of the file in explorer (if you're using windows) to check what the actual type of the file is, then rename it to have the correct extension

I uploaded the image but it shows a flag with a question mark on it now. I wanted to upload my own flag, the file has the same name like in the infobox too

Can you make a screenshot of that flag with a question mark?
Is there an error message? When you hover over/click on the question mark?
