Good morning. I was looking to create an account to see about creating a wiki and migrating my community's wiki away from Fandom, but when I went to create an account I had my VPN turned on. After realizing this would stop me from signing up on the meta site (for logical reasons I realise), I removed it, but my username seemed to already be associated with the block after my initial attempt.
What is the process for dissociating my desired username with the block? The block is from 2023, and not today, so I am fairly sure it's not me that has caused it.
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I spent a while trying to make sure but I couldn't find a definitive answer on where to send information regarding blocks and such. If this is the right place, please let me know who I should provide the information to.
