Help with re-opening a wiki closed due to inactivity

Hi, I'm having trouble reopening the wiki, I tried to follow the instructions but it won't let me uncheck the "Closed" box to reopen it.

reopening on meta is only for global volunteers

your problem is that the wiki is deleted when visiting and meta hasn't caught up to it
