I wrote a slanderous article against myself.

I’d generally say this is a matter for the admins of that wiki to handle

unless said admins are abusing their powers, then it is a global matter

The administrator of this wiki is a user named Tanuki who wrote the article you are seeing.
In that case, the administrator of the wiki himself will be writing such an article.
I don't think they'll agree to delete it.

This article is about the damage caused by harassment perpetrated by Mr. Takuneko.

Then see if you guys can find a compromise and solve this issue with each other on the wiki. I don't think the first step should be involving the whole community.

If you then still can not come to an agreement then the logical step wood be to ask for some input from others.

As an Admin though, you have a responsibility to show the good example. Writing an article about another users behaviour is not what I would call a good example.
