Hi!

I configured my ALT account to be regarded as a Bot, but all of it's changes are showing up in recent changes even with the 'human (not bot) filter.

The account is also an administrator for perm purposes, im not sure if that's causing an issue?

does your bot use a BotPassword or OAuth?

OOO no, its just a normal user account to be honest, i log in to it through AWB, did i miss a step

#

i remember in FANDOM you had to specifically apply for an acc to be a bot account but i assumed on here i could just apply the usergroup

AWB might have a mark as bot or something

#

Normal web edits definitely don't mark as a bot

#

You have to use the api and pass the bot parameter

yeah im not sure what changed but when i logged into the same account on AWB using the bot password, it came up with the info "bot = true" at the bottom
