Most wikis I go on have a really nice navigation bar at the top of the page. You can hover over them and get a drop-down list of different categories or pages. I'm really confused about how to add one to my own wiki. I tried searching, but I'm never sure if I'm using the proper, official terminology. I thought Namespace was the right thing, but it doesn't look like it is? If someone could direct me to the right page if I somehow kept missing it, or explain things more clearly to me, I'd really appreciate it.

Ah, so I'd need to figure out how skins work
The last time I was really into CSS and HTML was. A decade ago when I was 13, so I'm slowly trying to figure out a couple things

#

Thanks for identifying that it's a skins thing

you first need to enable skin in Extensions admin menu

Gotcha

then set up as default wiki skin in Additional setting admin menu, Styling tab (first setting)

#

I don't know how Evelution works but w/ Cosmos you can

  • set up colors and background image right in the same Styling tab
  • disable MobileFrontend (mobile mode) extension since Cosmos is mobile adaptive
