I seriously wonder if Kartographer is such a great Extension to have.
It's over complicated, and doesn't do what is expected. Someone also pointed out that there are some sub extensions missing (Here: https://discord.com/channels/407504499280707585/1183335468717322270)
As far as I know, no one really is using this and Extension:Maps is much simpler, works great, perhaps a bit limited, but works stable.I've been trying to install Kartographer, and it depends on many modules and templates.

Either we need someone that is knowledgeable to fix this, and adding those missing sub extensions, or it's better to remove it completely.

@wispy tangle Those settings are missing because of their limited usefulness on ManageWiki. For example, $wgKartographerMapServer is of little use to bureaucrats on-wiki, since changing that would also require changing our Content Security Policy
