You either make them yourself, or use the Special:Import.
Though it is NOT recommended to import from wikipedia, as their templates are usually overenginnered far beyond what is needed for the scope of practically any MH wiki, and you will likely be chasing error after error to get it working properly, due to very deep dependency chains
