Is it possible to import all the functions another miraheze had to my Wiki?

if you mean things like templates - yes

go to Special:Export page on source wiki to get a file, make sure to check "include templates" flag
then go to Special:Import on your wiki and upload that file

I can't guarantee this will work smoothly if the source wiki relies on things like Lua modules taken from Wikipedia (it's a dark road)

you might also want to copy/import css styles, they're usually written on MediaWiki:Common.css page, but can be different place, depends on wiki

also sometimes templates might require some extensions to be enabled beforehand, again - it's different between various wikis

you need to provide name of template page in that second field

no Special: pages

#

to find template edit/check source of those pages, 2 first screenshots

under editor area there should be collapsible list w/ used on the page templates
