hey so i'm having trouble uploading files to my new wiki. instead of showing the thumbnail for the file the site just shows the clickable file name (note that the mediawiki files show up just fine) and this image appears when i open visual editor, is there any possible reason for this

Most likely 24 hours maximum, and that should be pushing it. But d wikis were switched today. The total time for all wikis will probably be a month. But for your wiki, I'd give it 24 hours, and again that shouldn't even take that long.

and also note that this does not happen for images that are part of wikipedia commons
like the default ones
its just for the ones that i upload
strangely this specific file did upload and works just fine
i think it didnt open correctly on mobile when i tried this morning

i just uploaded a new one a while ago and it has the same issue
i did msupload for like 8 files but i had to revert all of them because the file names got messed up
and it assigned the wrong ones to the wrong images
