#Suggestion - Consider Migrating to a GTA-Style Creator Platform

Hi, crea-tures! I am a volunteer community creator on a GTA-Style UE5-based modding platform that allows developers to monetize their content. A small group of us were discussing the idea of bringing a high-quality skate experience into the ecosystem, but realize building it from scratch would be a huge challenge.

I probably put ~15 hours into Session a few years ago, but have recently moved to Skate 4 for the multiplayer (even though it's honestly a worse game). Given the competitive pressure in modern Skate sims, I think there may be meaningful opportunity here in integrating your sim with a GTA-Style platform.

A skate sim that operates in a GTA-Style environment would be next-level and would certainly one-up Skate 4, in my opinion.

I ran the suggestion through the CEO of the platform yesterday (he's active in the Discord); he said he played Skate 4 recently, previously played Tony Hawk games during his childhood and would love to find a way to work with you guys. Full disclaimer, I'm not with the company and I don't know their balance sheets - but they are a Series A, $12m+ funded company. Hopefully they could offer immediate incentives for you to work with them. As a game developer who's at the skatepark 2-3 times a week, I would personally love to see this!

I don't want to advertise another game here and apologize if this is a violation, but if you are interested in looking into this, their info is below. Thank you!

Dream on. We've all wished for this.

Your answer should be clear with the fact they are not adding throwdown animations nor any off board animations for that matter.

UE5 migration was attempted and scrapped several times over the course of sessions development. It's just tweaking/fixing existing things and adding dlc for as long as possible.

Yep, I believe those 2 factors would be dictated by their publisher - Nacon, ever since they took over, the development team took a different path which led them to being split up where they were required to work on other projects.

Donovan is the public relations guy, he usually responds within few days to a week. Best of luck to you guys, whatever happens.
