I'd say that one of the good places to start before posting is #meta_discussion or the pinned thread that literally says "PLEASE READ"
though i guess it isn't clear on the subject of what questions you can ask but yeah, you can just ask questions about the game if you don't be dumb and say "is the madeline the h is the noodle soup?" or something

yeah I personally do not care what people ask (as long as its within the server rules & FAQs and on topic obviously) but I tend not to answer stuff unless I think there's an interesting / relevant thing to say.
