1 week ago i could play everest like normal sj etc but now it doesn't lunch it opens and closes without any crash log i can still lunch celeste from olympus tho

not really i just iinstalled the latest version idrk the difference honestly

stable versions are most... stable compared to beta and development versions

development versions are released every time a code change is made and are inherently more bug prone
