the reson i think the settings are broken is the log says theres a parsing error loading the settings. where are the settings stored? <@&673391557939953684>

The error in the log is not relevant. This is most likely just networking issues so try again later or if you're in a place with limited internet access try to find a way to bypass it.

If you can access that link just fine with just your browser then this might be an antivirus issue so look into that.
