first room works fine, but as soon as i enter a room transition whether left or right, i get this error (only took the part of the error log that started when loading the map):

This is the same issue as #1425190297746538637 message and I think the conclusion is that this is a monomod issue so we are waiting for a fix on their end.
You can downgrade Frost Helper to version 1.72 to temporarily fix this.

Also you are on a development version of everest. I suggest going back to the latest stable or beta release. Go to mod options in the main menu and then look for a button named "Change Everest Version" or something similar.

Yep, and make sure automatic updates are turned off in mod options.
