Does white make any texture use your dash colour?

So, I noticed that on textures that use the dash colour, they use white, and I am unsure if I have to use a different shade for the eye on my sprites to avoid this? I don't want to have to go back once I've done tons of them so clarification would be appreciated.

nope, those sprites (hair, bangs etc) are entirely tinted by the dash colour; white on other sprites isn't affected

You should always be editing a playable version of the skin. Many people have drawn entire skins before seeing them ingame even once and then realizing some animations just don't work well in gameplay or that some colors don't play well with celeste's post processing effects.
