i have a save file for small campaigns and standalone maps, but before I created that i made a save file for just banana mountain. is there a way i can merge save files somehow? and if not, how do i edit them?

On windows, saves are stored in the Saves folder inside the main Celeste folder, with the first being 0.celeste and consecutive files being numbered 1, 2, etc.; it's a normal markup file where you can edit deaths, times, progress flags, and such, but if you're not familiar with editing it, you could upload the file and say what changes you want, and have someone make them for you. If you use steam cloud you will then have to either choose to overwrite with your new files or temporarily disable it, so that it doesn't automatically revert to the old saves
If you get both files, it would be easy to copy the banana mountain progress into the other one then adjust the total stats
