Heyo, I was wondering if it's possible to view collab maps and play them via some kind of UI instead of going through a collab lobby...

There is something close to this, it's a mod called Collab Lobb UI and it introduces a menu where you can tp to the closest spawnpoint of each map in the lobby and it can also show an arrow dircting to the entrance to the map.
