type skinmodhelper p cg in the dubug console when your skin is enabled, to check if the path is wrong

If the path is correct, then try replacing more colors of the colorgrade

I've placed the folder in the correct spot and tried replacing more colors on the color grades, but it still doesn't work /:

well. then make sure there is a ColorGrading folder instead of colorGrading etc.
