The French babble is basically "connection refused" which isn't surprising given the computer is trying to connect to itself

It trying to download main.zip rather than olympus-build.zip seems to be a sign that downloading olympus-meta also failed, because that's how it works if the size is unknown for whatever reason (maybe for very old builds that didn't have olympus files?)

I'm wondering what happens if you ask .NET to download a messed up URL like "/olympus-build.zip" or something

Does it fail, or does it desperately try to fill in the blanks?
