Music still plays during this, and the game moves a frame or 2 forward every 30 seconds. This is the only map I've found in the contest that is affected by this.

Ok, so I just did a test where the only enabled mods were NTC and its dependencies, Aurora's additions, and A friendly Climb, I'll try disabling the other 2 now, kept them on so I wouldn't break anything in a save file. So far it seems to be an NTC issue though
Ok so an update, I disabled A friendly climb, and it worked correctly. This means that the issue is caused by one of the mods in its dependencies
Final testing done, and I have figured it out I think. The mod causing the issue is Skin Mod Helper Plus.

Ah, this also affects the normal SkinModHelper, but only when the player have skin and dead, but so surprised it seems has not been discovered in the past
