How can I give my character a fluffy tail? (SMH+)

I thought the Foxeline mod would be enough but I can't give it the necessary color, so I was wondering if I could replicate something like that by editing the hair, but it seems somewhat limited :(

You can try setting the hair color, it affects the tail color too
