A bunch of other people have been having this crash, it's related to a new CommunalHelper update. You'll need to either wait a bit for a new version of CH to come out or downgrade CommunalHelper to 1.20.4

Yeah i expected that i just got the same crash after updating communal helper

(you can downgrade by going to https://gamebanana.com/mods/53697 and install v1.20.4 in the files, as well as turning off auto updates)
