this happened to me once because i renamed some random file to .bank 
like in the mod?

and this only happens on your mod you said
what's your audio metadata in your map?
(even then adding a nonexisting audio event should give a warning not a crash)
honestly the error looks unrelated to your mod
thats why i suggested verifying files 
vanilla also has banks
it only happens on everest
everest uses vanilla assets
verify game files and reinstall everest like i asked you to
