I have absolutely no idea how this happened, but the terrain now thinks that the bounds of this room is outside of the actual room bounds. Ingame, the room bounds are the same as the visual room bounds in Lonn, NOT where the terrain stops being placeable.
Not really a major issue, but still a bug nonetheless and decided it was worth bringing attention to.
Moving the room does not fix the issue, but (as expected) reopening Lonn solves it.

restarting lonn fixes the issue completely
this seems like the same bug which caused room resizing to be offset several tiles inwards
