Pride Mod not working on CustomCrystalHeart

I'm playing through MOCE // CPVL and noticed that the crystal heart at the end is custom, and none of the Pride Mod options apply to it. Is there any way to change the colours of this heart either using Pride Mod or some other method?

ig pride mod only modifies vanilla hearts

you can obv recode it, and modify modded too, shouldn't be too hard

by "recode" i meant "make your own similar mod which is same but better"
