If you have crashed, and are on Everest Core, there will be a log in the CrashLogs folder, which contains extra information that the regular logs do not. The Core crash handler will tell you the file name, and give you the option to open the folder.

Otherwise, in order to get Everest logs, open Olympus, and:

Press the "Manage", under the "Installations" panel on the main menu
Press "Browse" to open the Celeste folder
Send the log.txt file from that folder (not the error_log.txt)

Note, on both Everest versions, there are older logs in the LogHistory folder inside the Celeste folder, but these are not the relevant logs. The most recent one is directly in the Celeste folder (and in CrashLogs for Core users), and not in any other folders.

Everest logs contain paths to certain files and folders in your system (e.g.: active helpers) to help with diagnosing problems. Remember to censor any usernames in log files before uploading them.

which is often not what you want

though judging by the amount of mods you have enabled (110) i have reasonable suspicion you're running out of memory

Having too many large mods installed (especially collabs and mods with high resolution images) can cause out of memory errors, which can appear as crashes or texture corruptions.
This can be fixed by disabling any mods you aren't using, which you can do by toggling them in the Olympus mod menu, adding their filenames to the blacklist.txt file in the Mods folder, or if your game can launch, by turning them off in Mod Options.
If this doesn't fix the issue, either you haven't disabled enough mods, or (less likely), it's another type of error.

Note that Celeste is 32-bit on Windows systems, so only has access to around 4GB of memory. This means that out of memory errors can still happen even if you have plenty of memory free.
The only way around this limitation is to use the core version of Everest, marked with "core" next to the version number in olympus, which converts it into a 64-bit application. Please read ⁠⁠#modding_announcements message for additional information about the core version.
