could you post log.txt instead (this is the errorLog.txt) - would be located in your celeste install folder
Having too many large mods installed (especially collabs and mods with high resolution images) can cause out of memory errors, which can appear as crashes or texture corruptions.
This can be fixed by disabling any mods you aren't using, which you can do by toggling them in the Olympus mod menu, adding their filenames to the blacklist.txt file in the Mods folder, or if your game can launch, by turning them off in Mod Options.
If this doesn't fix the issue, either you haven't disabled enough mods, or (less likely), it's another type of error.
Note that Celeste is 32-bit on Windows systems, so only has access to around 4GB of memory. This means that out of memory errors can still happen even if you have plenty of memory free.
The only way around this limitation is to use an experimental core version of Everest (in the development version of Olympus these are the ones with "(core)" in their name), which converts it into a 64-bit application. Please read #modding_announcements message and #modding_announcements message for additional information about the core version.

sj + sc is already stretching what stable can handle - so even with those disabled you'll probably have issues
alright
what line is this stuff located on?
i just disabled sping and winter and random word and it still crashes
~ line 445 in that log - but it just comes a little after all the mods are loaded
oh alright
that crash log in theory can also be from a fake png but I'd expect you're still just ooming
you have quite a few maps enabled as well which might be a good place to go next - still probably worth disabling either anarchy collab or strawberry jam tho
