only thing that comes to my mind is
- you may have fmod live update enabled
- one of your banks is corrupted i guess??
not really sure what could this mean
is this type of crash uncommon/rare?
also srry for responding rlly late lol
that's mb
Yeah, it is uncommon
One thing you might try doing, is verifying your game files with steam, in case the fmod bank got corrupted somehow
i did try that earlier in the day, and it found a file
but the same exact thing happened :(
i don't have fmod live update enabled, and ik a bank is corrupted but verifying files didn't work
should i just reinstall olympus?
it's annoying cus i literally just finished easy lobby in strawberry jam as well
it might be a modded bank then?
i'm not gonna ask you to delete and reinstall every mod though
maybe
i don't have very many mods
uhhhhhh so try this
no, saves are stored separately from mods
- open your celeste installation folder
- open Mods
- open Cache
- delete everything from inside Cache
- start up everest
it will make everest take longer to start up as it rebuilds that cache but assuming something was broken there, it should put a clean copy of everything
if still no, then i'd consider reinstalling mods (and clearing cache again)
hmmm yeah now i'd consider reinstalling mods
k
idk how to figure out which one tho
Ionic.Zlib.ZlibException: Bad state (invalid block type)
yeah it doesn't show which one but maybe the log.txt will say something useful
can you upload that? it should be beside your Celeste.exe
error log?
just log.txt
error log is what you sent here
i don't see a log.txt
there should be a log.txt in the folder where your Celeste.exe is
hm this still doesn't point to an exact mod but i'd try reinstalling all the sj audio mods
so delete the StrawberryJam2021AudioA/B/C mods and install them via olympus
nice
