The mod that has the heat wave with no color grade is Helping Hand, but it sounds like a color grade trigger is what she's looking for here

i want to have a level that starts off with a blue tint then a room has a purple tint then theres red tint for other rooms

but i havent figured out the effect with changing the color and alpha of stylegrounds yet

color grades are a seperate things that affect the colors after stylegrounds are placed

you can make your own

#

(best way is to edit the colors of a screenshot of your map then use the same options to affect a color grade image)
