i cant seem to find the wind snow effect anywhere is it deleted or something?

I think wind snow is just the regular foreground snow

It just reacts to the wind setting in the room

<@&683773388321456184> if you have enough custom effects loaded then it becomes impossible to select windsnow (and presumably any other effects that low)

a work around would be to remove/delete a mod that's adding effects from your mods folder e.g. flaglines and such

but you have to close loenn to do that

and then will probably need to close loenn later on to re-install it

this is a different issue. you currently have to have a background styleground selected for windsnow to show up in the list
