for a couple of months now the ping on the official au servers has averaged 150+, when it used to comfortably sit at a max of 50 for aussie/nz players
since it has occurred the player count on the servers is a fraction of what it used to be (au3 was nearly always full on evenings and would overflow into au2) barely hitting 50 total players across the 3 servers

If you are spawning from the species select screen (aka "freshspawn") you need
- sanctuary visit
- visit 2 migration zones
- visit 4 patrol zones
- 'perfect' diet
- no muscle spasms (don't cannibalise unless you have the cannibal mutation or are a ceratosarus or deinosuchus)
- never go "temporarily infertile" (lose all nutrients/diets at 0%)
If you are nested in (hatch from an egg from another player's nest), all you need is a sanctuary visit and to avoid muscle spasms and temporarily infertile and you will get prime
though keep in mind the system can be buggy at the best of times and will sometimes fail and you will get frail, always try to at least visit more zones than necessary to help ensure prime

We can definitely let Punch know, if we see the report that a server is down. That's all I am saying. If it's down for a few days and you think the Admins have not seen the messages, you can Ping Punch as well.
Sometimes things get missed, it's just a way to speed up a server restart if we miss it. To poke Punch.

hey does anyone get that bug where once the respawn timer goes to zero it stays red and you cant spawn in certain locations, as a croc i can no longer spawn in center or south and it only gives me the option of swamp to spawn in, the other spawns have red zeros and it wont reset. anyone know how to fix this?

This is unnecessary. It was brought to his attention. There is no reason why admins would ignore such a thing and it is known. Moderators and Server Administrators are volunteers and not in any way affiliated with developer activity beyond communication, which any one of you could do through pinging Punch. We can't restart servers nor give you an answer or information that we, ourselves, do not have.
