But the fact of the matter is that the admins generally aren't that active. I see the devs themselves doing more bans and even those feel few and far between.

That's also a massive hurdle for us too. Many players claim they have evidence, but either never send it to us in the first place, or their evidence doesn't actually show us anything we can work with. They'll say they have a recording when all they have is a screenshot, refuse to tell us the server, or their recording is so low quality we can't actually see anything.

There isn't really a set time frame for it tbh, just whenever that person is ready. It varies from person to person- some jumped right into being an admin immedietly, some of us waited about a year to learn how things worked first. Depends mainly on experience.
