nb. spiro is a stark reminder of how quickly the stam used to regen - 1 min approx to full regen from no stam ... also note that the stam would reduce quicker

added: since gateway came out end of 2023, the stam regen in my opinion takes far too long to regen ... i understand 'slowing' the game down from isla spiro map but i think somewhere in between where isla spiro stam would regen in 1 minute to like gateway which takes mins ...

but bite force generally equals how much damage you do with a BITE, tail whip charged bites like cera right click and such are all different
