I mean realistically they could bandaid this issue with community support; deligate responsibility appropriately; Remove this /stuck rubbish, if you get stuck, unlucky. That's just the nature of the beast, report the location so it can be looked at in a map hotfix later on but your Dino is gone.

Now you solely focus on reports of cheaters- I'm sure there is 101 player(s) who would loaf at the idea of being a volunteer Server Admin for the Devs; They follow strict guidelines.

Fixing the cheating issue long term will be looking into better/different Anti-Cheats but this will work short-term to mitigate the overall damage and hopefully hand out some much needed bans

However, some people just prefer more populated servers like the officials, I was one of them and i still play on officials but i also now play on drop bear bc it's the only AU unofficial server where we won't be absolutely stuffed by ping. That's the issue, there's plenty of unofficial servers but unplayable ping here in aus and nz hence why AU wants an unofficial server and we have one which is drop bears but its a growing server so some people aren't willing to play on it due to the fact its growing and population is still fairly low but we got quite a lot of people yesterday which was great

nah everyone can see it no matter what dino you are, in legacy it was a lot more risky to talk in global bc you would 1 call whenever you did but with evrima its just the normal f call (like local chat which is for your own species), so yeah it can take away the thrill of figuring out if other dinos are friendly or not like in officials

I think in any case, you could avoid the issue completely by just not having global selected- You wouldn't see anyone typing friendly and you also wouldn't be enticed to engage in it either not being able to actively read what's being typed

yeah you can tab out of it, and it wont show up when someone talks in it and stick to local youll just hear random F calls without local chat coming up if someone from your species talks in global if that makes sense

I still disagree in general, I know it would make it feel more alive, but your not meant to be able to talk to other species.
