I dont think so, games get to set their own rules around cheaters last time i checked. Valve can VAC ban people so i dont see why Steam, the most community based platform, would prohibit even IP bans

If a hacker gets banned you can still get your dino back if you died to them and have proof

sent mine to one of the admins today, they told me to send the replay so i'd assume its allowed. Thats the replay of the same red carno that is on again today

As for "admin incompetence" official admins can only ban people when they're on the server. So if they log out we have to catch em another time. That's why we appreciate when people ping us when they encounter hackers instead of reporting after some time has passed

yeah i understand that, but its hard not to after time passed as we have to wait 30 minutes for our replays, hackers surely get bored by that time

Oh ya, replays are good for further evidence and getting a dinosaur back, but if there's someone actively on hacking always ping about it and then replays may not even be needed

theres also the thing that hackers watch the chat, adn they log out when they get reported.

So if i might suggest something, a ticket system would be awesome for private reporting, and maybe a way to ban them while offline :)

So, they do big bleed, have more stamina, can jump, AND can out run a cera. So if they catch a cera off gaurd ONCE, and get the bleed, they can just chase it down until it dies

I love this stupid animation bug where you have to move away from water to drink, away from corpses to grab/eat as deino.

Teno weighs more. It's 1.6

A FG Teno is only slightly faster then a FG Cera.

Also NETIX has it the wrong way around. The usual strat is to tail then kick the hell out of the enemy. As the tail doesn't actually do much damage (and no bleed) It's the kicks that do lots of damage and also deal lots of bleed.

It's basically the most damaging and best attack Tenos have. The tail is just a tool to open up into it but leaves you vulnerable by standing in place to perform it.

Frontally as well. It's not super good at fighting. It has it's claws but it can't use them while moving, and it's bite while can be used while moving is the weakest attack it has.
