Not really if you ask me. They gained nothing from it and as pretty well established. They can't really be touched by anything as well so I didn't even pose a potential threat had I even wanted to nor did they need to pretend to be friendly either.

You seem to love playing the carnivore card a lot tbh, even when it isn't exclusive to carnivores getting said treatment.

and to be honest it makes sense why. Herbivores currently are just stronger then the current carnivores, so if you want to go around just killing everything. You're better off playing a herbivore.

Basically the assumption for me has more or less became that if another player exists. They may kill me, it's just disappointing when it's done in such backhanded ways like acting friendly, and situations where you really had no chance isn't really all that fun either. (The later of which is exactly why people even have a problem with mixpacks because of covering one another weaknesses)

Kinda why I find the discrepancy between herbivores mixing and carnivores mixing amusing since for herbivores mixing with others. It’s basically not looked down on at all, but carnivores? Nah. None of that.

Carnivores also have high attrition rates due to failed hunts and injury IRL because a lot of animals that large predators eat, are stronger than the carnivore. (modern animals obviously). The problem is that the herbivores in the game do not have effective predators for their size. Stego is 6 ton. That's 12 rapptors to pin and a lot of HP to get rid of.
