Herreras often kill one another by accident (they see something moving below and just go for it or mistake you for a raptor) or even intentionally since people want to kill other Herreras (which is kinda hard to do if you can’t reach them so they play Herrera to kill other Herreras)

seeing how its used on majority of carnivores (apart from carno) especially if you want to hunt herbis. all the herbis like teno,maia, stego, dibble are all larger than the carnivores on the roster meaning you want to hunt them ooo gotta pick reduce damage but if I recall instead of giving 15% more hp it gives 17% for some weird reason it also makes carno worse just because the things carno wants to hunt will all have more HP

Nah, just that carno is suppose to hunt smaller creatures, so it can’t use the mutation to help it, while smaller creatures (which it tries to hunt) will more likely use it and benefit from it.

I have a Cera on AU2, it’s been through a lot, hoping when it dies it’s at least in a 1v1 with another Cera. I already killed two that were younger but I fought them at the same time so it was a hard fight I barely lived through.

I try to avoid any conflict with basically everything else though.

Literally had two times I’ve been attacked by Omnis. A pair and then a trio another time, which thankfully turned out with no one dying in both cases.

The latter I actually got to help out recover by getting em food.

yeah i think most players seem to go into a trance or something that often makes it harder for them to survive; like dilos and troos spam calling all the which either scares everyone away (someone literally avoided me and some other dilos because the pack wouldn't stop screaming) or gets them killed (i've heard so many troos die after screaming out the in open)

Only time I've lost my Stego to anything other then suicide has been because of a cheating Cera that could hit me from outside the range of my tail and would mockingly run in then back out whenever I missed a swing that could never reach.

They just want to be strong. Playing cera takes actual skill to do well and you can't 1shot everything, you can be grabbed by deino, you can be 1shot by stego. Growing a large tanky high damage herbi is just easier for low skill murder hobos.

They don't have to compete for food. Can just graze forever.

I may have experienced that "cera stunlock." I was not long ago playing as a cera trying to sneak a corpse off another cera. As I was trying to eat, my dino got stuck unable to do any animations. While that was happening it looked like I was being attacked by an invisible dino. wasn't a lag spike either, my ping is low.
