Any setup that can launch Evrima won't crash just from high temps

A weak system can be less stable at high temps but at that point it's already dying, improving cooling will at best delay the inevitable

one of the reasons why location callouts isn't allowed is because some people can say they think someone is cheating, but that person might not be actually cheating, it just seems like they are through some way or another (whether that's bad ping/connection allowing 'range hacks' or them just getting lucky in finding you, looking like ESP hacks)

so calling out their location, even though you seem like you're doing something good, could actually be harming a legitimate player, no matter how much it seems like they are cheating. I know sometimes it's extremely obvious but the rule is there to protect other legitimate players against things such as this
