Ive just moved to an unnoficial community myself thats thai but has a good chunk of oce players and i get 90 ping there, trying to talk to the owner get some english stuff instated, rules and things are done but like chat channel and stuff aswell and they have 250 pop, if things go well ill recommend it here cause so far its a much better experience, has some basic good enforced rules, better ai, some basic size/pack rules but not much, but no drama and no hacking, and if it is they deal with it right away.
Cause lets be honest official at current is a disaster lol
