You have to now. Most fully grown deinos could rely on schooling fish to fill their hunger. They must of changed that because they give you a small amount of food now. Eating an elite fish gives me about 5%. Its hard to keep full. eating you (fully grown carno) filled about 30%. you have to play deino carefully now. I predict there will be alot less mix packing with deino's now.

I think the main concern is abusing having multiple dinos though.

Like dying or being attacked by a croc and so you switch to your croc that you know you have there as is and is bigger to take it out.

They would probably need to add like a cooldown before you could switch.
